Pet Planet Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pet Planet, we appreciate your support. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Both in-store and online purchases can be returned to any Pet Planet location. Pet Planet will accept unopened and unused merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase and with the original till receipt or receipt pulled from your account records. Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment. Pet Planet will accept opened products where packaging states “100% satisfaction guaranteed”. If the opened product does not state this, the return or exchange may not be accepted. Any product purchased on clearance or Red Paw discounted are final sale. Products listed on the receipt as “miscellaneous toys” or “miscellaneous supplies” can only be returned at the original store of purchase. If a customer makes frequent returns of the same item(s) repeatedly and/or returns in bulk often, these returns may be refused at Pet Planet’s sole discretion.

As part of the brand supported Frequent Buyer program, the UPC is required from the free product and must be removed upon redemption and the product cannot be returned.
